Job Description:
Professional Experience· Years of experience: 5 years or above in Radiology, IVD, ICU etc. Strong product knowledge and background in any of the following is a major advantage, medical laboratory science, laboratory operations and workflow, pharmacy, and business management. Must be from IVD or diagnostics Business background and should have good knowledge of diagnostic products(Radiology, ICU, Bio Chemistry, Hematology, Molecular diagnostics ).
Good knowledge and experience to manage the Dealers and Distributors (Channel partners).· Should be capable of evaluating the progress of channel partners· Providing and implementing various Credit and pricing policies of the company· Should be good at data analytics of customers and distributors· Designing various innovative marketing strategies to increase sales and profitability· Should have some experience of managing/ participation in National/ International event e.g. Trade shows, exhibitions conferences etc. Should have valid Passport Education and Computer Knowledge· B. Sc. Biomedical or B.Sc. MLT or BE-Bio Medical + MBA (Sales and Marketing)· Computer Knowledge. Good at basic computer functionality Power Point, Excel, word, Outlook. Analytical ability to different website of customer and lead generations. Work experience in CRM Portal to manage the leads and team productivity Personality Traits· Should be very energetic and self-motivated· Must have very good communication skills. Should possess knowledge of oral and written English/ other relevant languages.
Knowledge of One foreign language would be an added advantage.
